| WEDDING CAKE ASSEMBLY CLASS [WHEN] 6:00pm-9:00pm Thursday, September 30th [COST] $35.00 per person. In this class you will learn how to properly put together and setup/stack a wedding cake from start to finish. You will leave with a completed wedding cake! SUPPLIES NEEDED FOR CLASS: -Tips #: 2, 21, 35 -40 premade roses (either royal icing or fondant) -green food coloring -2 decorating bags -2 couplers -small angled spatula -large spatula -large rolling pin and mat -1/4 cup of shortening -1/4 cup of powdered sugar 2 - 6" cakes 2 - 10" cakes -6" board 2 - 12" boards -buttercream (enough to coat 6" and 10" cakes) -fondant (enough to cover 6" and 10" cakes) -filling (enough to fill 6" and 10" cakes) |
