Under the instruction of Sue, a 30 year veteran of the cake & candy industry, you will learn how to make popular chocolate treats such as turtles, chocolate covered pretzels, chocolate nut clusters, chocolate raisin clusters, and other specialty treats with professional results! Each participant will make the candy themselves as the instructor gives step by step guidance. All materials are provided in this fun intro class
